Welcome to Namali. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

3. Eligibility

To use Namali, you must:

• Have a valid driver's license or be learning to drive under supervision
• Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Safe Driving

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your driving behavior and compliance with traffic laws.
• You should not interact with the App while driving in a way that distracts you from the road.
• The App is a supplementary tool and does not replace proper driving practices.
• You must always obey posted speed limits regardless of App alerts.

4.2 Accurate Reporting

When submitting reports about cameras, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information to the best of your knowledge.
• Not submit false, misleading, or spam reports.
• Not abuse the reporting system for any malicious purpose.

4.3 Legal Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that the use of speed camera detection apps is legal in your jurisdiction. Some regions may prohibit or restrict the use of such applications.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to:

• Software code and architecture
• User interface design
• Graphics, logos, and icons
• Speed camera database (compilation and organization)
• Documentation and help content

are owned by Namali or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

5.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

5.3 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our consent
• Extract or scrape data from the App
• Create derivative works based on the App

6. User-Submitted Content

By submitting reports or other content through the App, you:

• Grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and distribute your submissions for the purpose of improving the App and our services.
• Warrant that your submissions are accurate and do not infringe any third-party rights.
• Acknowledge that we may modify, reject, or remove any submission at our discretion.

7.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy

We do NOT guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of speed camera data
• That all cameras will be detected or that alerts will always be given
• That the App will function without interruption or errors
• That GPS accuracy will be sufficient for reliable detection

7.3 Third-Party Content

Speed camera location data may be sourced from third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy of such data.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• NAMALI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
• NAMALI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS, FINES, PENALTIES, OR ACCIDENTS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE APP.
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP (IF ANY).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Namali, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws
• Your user-submitted content
• Any traffic violations or accidents during your use of the App

10. Advertisements

The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks (e.g., Google AdMob). By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• Advertisements may be displayed during your use of the App
• We do not endorse the products or services advertised
• Third-party advertisers may collect certain information subject to their own privacy policies

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

11.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including:
